    According to what is foreseen in Spanish Act 15/1999, of December 13th, covering Personal Data Protection, as well as in Spanish Law 34/2002 of July 11, covering Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the User hereby accepts that the personal data entered at the time of making a reservation, the data collected by means of forms and E-mails that you send us requesting information regarding our services and subscribing to our News Bulletin, shall be entered into a Database belonging to the Owner, for our own use, for the purpose of handling the development, completion and control of the service requested and for the accurate identification of Users making reservations at our Website and to carry out statistical studies of registered Users at said Website, which will permit us to improve the services rendered as well as for the purpose of offering personalized services and products and improve the business relationship with our customers.

    Should you subscribe to the News Bulletin, your personal details shall be yielded to a company independent of the Owner, headquartered in Germany, and an international transfer of data shall take place, for the exclusive purpose of informing you of our news and offers via E-mail. Therefore, the fulfilment of applicable legal and obligatory regulations is exclusively the responsibility of said company.

    Customers making reservations, sending contact information or subscribing to the News Bulletin, are also informed that their personal and reservation details shall be yielded to the companies that need to take part in the reservation procedure and the company in charge of sending the News Bulletins and the processing of comments/suggestions, regardless of which country said companies may be located in, thus possibly producing an international transfer of data for the sole purpose of handling the reservations and guaranteeing the execution of them or in order to provide them information regarding our news and offers by E-mail.

    The Client furthermore authorizes their data to be shared with companies associated with the Owner belonging to the Group commercially known as Seaside Hotels, for the purpose of rendering the best possible service to our customers and providing them with information regarding our products and services.

    The Owner shall furthermore cancel or correct any data when it becomes inaccurate, incomplete or is no longer necessary or pertinent to the purpose expressed, as foreseen in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th, covering Personal Data Protection

    The Owner has adopted the security levels required by the Regulations on Security Measures approved in Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st.
